A former Los Angeles Police Department Sergeant and Detective, Ms. Patterson built a distinguished career handling complex criminal investigations with discipline, strategic insight, and an uncompromising attention to detail. In recognition of her leadership and performance, she was named LAPD Sergeant of the Year in 2020.
Ms. Patterson holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara, equipping her with a sharp analytical mindset that enhances her investigative work and case analysis. Her multidisciplinary background spans criminal investigations, security operations, and real estate matters, allowing her to approach each case with both depth and versatility.
Ms. Patterson is currently in law school and nearing completion of her first year, further strengthening her legal acumen and practical contributions to the firm. She plays a critical role through comprehensive case management, meticulous investigation, and an unwavering commitment to client advocacy. Tawny Ramirez

Tawny Ramirez leads social media and marketing strategy for the Law Offices of Nicole Castronovo, PC, bringing a rare combination of law enforcement experience and digital marketing expertise. A Los Angeles native and former LAPD officer, Ms. Ramirez offers a nuanced understanding of both the legal landscape and the communities the firm serves.
She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) with a degree in Social Media Marketing, building a strong foundation in brand development, audience engagement, and digital strategy. Her early roots at Hollywood High School and deep ties to Los Angeles culture give her an authentic pulse on the city’s diverse audiences.
As a first-generation professional with immigrant parents, Ms. Ramirez brings a meaningful perspective to her work, with a strong understanding of the Latino community and the ability to connect across multiple markets. She leverages this insight to develop targeted, culturally competent marketing strategies that expand the firm’s reach and strengthen client engagement.
